1 - Privacy Information and Anti-Money Laundering Questionnaire

Download the Privacy Information and Anti-Money Laundering Questionnaire and fill it out as indicated below:

2 - Copy of N.2 identification documents of the inviter

The inviter must produce 2 identification documents (two chosen among driver's license / identity card / passport) by signing and writing their phone number next to one of the two documents

3 - Clear copy of the guest's passport

The inviter must produce a copy of two pages of the invitee's passport. The pages to be photocopied are THE ONE WITH THE PHOTOGRAPH AND THE ADJACENT ONE.

4 - Date the guest enters and leaves Italy. Place both pages of the passport open like a book

In the email with all the attachments as in the previous points, indicate the date of exit from the country of origin and the date of return to the country of origin.

Payment of the guarantee

ATTENTION: the instant transfer related to the payment of the guarantee must be made exclusively from a current account in the name of the inviter, or the subject who invites the foreign citizen to Italy. If the inviter does NOT have a current account, they can pay by postal bulletin.
